clickonmy.bio is a link-in-bio for streamers. This page explains what we collect from creators (people who make a page) and from visitors (people who open one), why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we measure how your page performs, we don't sell data, and visitors aren't tracked with cookies.
Creators
- Account: your name, email and profile picture from the sign-in you choose (Google or Twitch), plus the account ids those services give us. We never see your Google or Twitch password.
- Your page: everything you add to it: name, bio, avatar, links, theme.
- Connected channels: the Twitch, Kick and YouTube channels you link, so we can show when you're live and your latest video. We read public channel data only.
- Uploaded images: we crop and resize them and remove embedded metadata (like the location your phone may attach to photos) before storing.
Visitors of a clickonmy.bio page
To give creators real click rates, a small script on each page records:
- that the page was opened, which links came into view, and which were clicked;
- whether the creator was live at that moment;
- the site you came from (domain only, like twitch.tv), UTM tags in the link, your browser's user agent;
- approximate location (country and city) as reported by our network provider.
We do not set cookies on visitors or use third-party trackers. A random visit id lives in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab. Your IP address is never stored: it is turned into a one-way hash that changes every day, used only to estimate unique visitors.
Live players and videos from Twitch, Kick and YouTube only load when you click them. Once loaded, those services apply their own privacy policies.
If you fill in a form on a page (a contact message, or leaving your email or WhatsApp to be notified), we store what you send and show it to that creator, who decides how to use it. Creators on Pro can add advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google) to their page; those only load if you click Accept on the banner that page shows.
Our own website
On clickonmy.bio itself (the homepage and your dashboard, never creators' pages) we may use Google Analytics to understand which pages work. It only sets cookies if you click Accept on the banner, and ad features are always off. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Why we use this data
- To run the service: show your page, keep it up to date, and show when you're live.
- To give you analytics about your own page.
- To keep the service safe: prevent abuse, spam and fraud.
- To contact you about your account. We don't send marketing email without asking.
We never sell personal data and never show ads on your page.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner (servers and database, European Union)
- Cloudflare (delivers pages worldwide and stores the published copy)
- Google, Twitch (sign-in) and Twitch, Kick, YouTube (public channel data)
- When paid plans launch, Paddle and Mercado Pago will process payments. We never see your full card details.
How long we keep it
- Account and page data: while your account exists.
- Visitor analytics: up to 13 months, then deleted automatically.
- When you delete your account, your page, links, images and analytics are deleted right away. Copies in our backups expire within 14 days.
Your choices
- Export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings. No email required.
- For anything else, including access, correction or objection under GDPR, LGPD or CCPA, write to hello@clickonmy.bio. We reply within 30 days.
- Visitors who want their visit data removed can write to the same address with the page and the approximate time of the visit.
Children
clickonmy.bio is not meant for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell creators by email before it takes effect.
