Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of clickonmy.bio (the "service"). By creating an account or a page you agree to them. If you use the service for a team or company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU), or the minimum age to use the platforms you sign in with, whichever is higher.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google or Twitch sign-in secure.
• One person can't hold page names just to resell them or keep them from others.

Your page and content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only to run the service (for example, to publish your page and render previews). You confirm you have the right to use what you post.

What's not allowed

• Illegal content, or links to it.
• Phishing, malware, scams, or links that pretend to be something they aren't.
• Impersonating another person, streamer or brand, including using their name as your page address to mislead.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or content that sexualizes minors.
• Sexually explicit content without a clear warning, or where the platforms you link to don't allow it.
• Faking traffic, clicks or analytics, or trying to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may hide a link, suspend a page or close an account that breaks these rules. When it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Page names used to impersonate someone may be reassigned to the person or brand they belong to.

Free and paid plans

• The free plan is free. Features that are free today won't be moved behind a paywall for existing free accounts.
• Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period.
• Payments are processed by Paddle (as merchant of record) or Mercado Pago in Brazil, under their terms. Refunds follow the rules shown at checkout and consumer law where you live.

Third-party platforms

Live status, players and videos come from Twitch, Kick and YouTube. We don't control them, and features that depend on them can change or stop if those platforms change.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and online, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change to these terms that matters, we'll tell creators by email before it takes effect.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your page stops working immediately. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, and you'll be able to export your data before that.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost revenue from a link that didn't work, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
